Frank D. Reagoso, Jr.
President

Frank Reagoso has a 30-year career in hotel marketing and management with expertise spanning downtown, suburban, airport and resort hotel facilities. Frank founded Inns of Distinction, Inc. in 1984, using his extensive experience to help properties significantly improve revenues, operating efficiencies, and profits. Hotels operated by the company have consistently and quickly experienced improved financial results, and, in practically all the market leaders occupancy, rate and profit.

Prior to founding Inns of Distinction, Frank served as General Manager of seven successful hotels ranging in size from 140 rooms to 770 rooms. Five of these properties were leading Sheraton Hotel franchises owned and operated by OMNI Hotels, Inc. His primary concentration was financial turnarounds of existing properties and the opening and stabilization of new hotels. In these positions, he achieved successful results, evidenced by dramatic increases in revenues, occupancy and operating profits.

In addition, Frank served as Vice President of hotel operations, acquisitions and development for several major investment firms in the Delaware Valley, and was responsible for managing the Valley Forge Hilton, the Holiday Inn on City Avenue in Philadelphia, the Holiday Inn in King of Prussia, Pa., as well as the development of the Holiday Inn at JFK Airport in New York. Frank has also served as Regional Sales Manager for Pennsylvania with ITT Sheraton Corporation and taught college level Hotel Marketing in Massachusetts.

A United States Navy veteran and Philadelphia native. Frank graduated in 1973 from St. Joseph's University.
